AI Call Scoring

AI grades every transcribed call against your own scorecard: a 0-100 score whenever a question applies, a critical-fail flag, and the moment in the call behind every answer.

Know whether a call was qualified, compliant and well handled — without listening to it. AI Call Scoring reads every AI transcription against a scorecard you write: did the caller confirm they are shopping, did the agent read the recorded-call disclosure, did anyone promise a price. Each question is answered Yes, No or Not applicable and earns its points, a call with at least one applicable question gets a score from 0 to 100, and a No on any critical question marks the call Critical fail, whatever its score.

See Why Every Call Scored What It Did

No black-box number: every answer comes with a one-sentence reason and the time in the call it rests on. Click the time to hear that moment.

Proof on every call. The call's score, its critical-fail flag, and each question's answer with the reason and the moment behind it.

Built for Pay-Per-Call

Scores built around what buyers, publishers and compliance teams argue about.

Win buyer disputes and returns

Every call carries its score and the timestamped answers behind it, so a returned call comes with proof the caller was qualified.

Prove compliance on every call

Mark the recorded-call disclosure, consent and no-misleading-claims questions Critical, and any call that misses one is flagged. Built for insurance.

Rank traffic by what was said

Compare publishers by average score and critical-fail rate, not just call length, and see which sources send callers who actually qualify.

Coach agents with real QA scores

Every agent scored on every call, whether you are the buyer checking a call center or the call center checking itself.

No second tool and no second transcription: scoring reads the transcript the call already has, and the results sit beside it.

Score Every Publisher, Buyer and Agent

Every score rolls up into a live Call Scoring dashboard: average score, critical-fail rate and each question's pass rate, broken down by agent, traffic source, buyer and offer. Find the publisher sending unqualified callers, or the agent skipping a disclosure, before your buyer does.

Rank traffic by what was said. Average score and critical-fail rate for every traffic source, one click from the calls behind them.
